    You can now pay your premiums through our state-of-the-art Interactive Voice Response system available 24*7. This service also provides you round-the-clock information on your:

    • Due date
    • Payment status
    • Premium receipt
    • Local office addresses
    • NAV etc.

    Also, our customer care executives are trained in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Malayalam.

Pay by auto-debit

    Credit Card standing instruction

    You can pay your premiums using your credit card (Master/Visa). You simply need to fill up the credit card standing instruction form and send it to us along with the photocopy of the front side of your credit card.

    You can submit this form at any of our branch offices or mail it to our communication address. You can also hand it over to your advisor.

    ECS (Electronic Clearing System)

    ECS is an automated facility that debits your premium directly from your bank account on the draw date of your choice.

    To opt for this facility, please submit the ECS Mandate Form,duly filled and signed, along with a cancelled cheque atleast 30 days before your next premium due date. You can submit the form with your agent advisor or at any of our branch offices. You can also send it at the following address: -

    EBPP (Electronic Bill Payment Process)

    EBPP is an automated facility that debits your premium. A regular payment made to the insurance company to keep the policy in force directly from your bank account on the policy due date.

    To opt this facility, visit any of below mentioned sites & register yourself with our service providers. Post successful registration your policy premium will be debited from your bank account on due date automatically.
