Future Leaders Program: The Journey
Our leaders at Axis Max Life Insurance believe, _“MT’s are sharp on the uptake, well equipped and take accountability”_. As members of the Future Leaders Program, individuals will go through a 12-month journey to kickstart their careers and prepare for Leadership roles. The yearlong experience is dedicated to providing invaluable experiences curated for individual as well as team growth.

The breakdown of the 12-month journey includes:
Six months of comprehensive deep dive into business [1st May – 31st October] covered under the following stages:

Orientation and immersion into core functions & project allocation: 4 weeks

Field Stint across channels: 4 weeks

Hi-impact Project 1 – Individual: 8 weeks

Our Process
The journey encompasses classroom training, field visits, case studies & projects across functions. Additionally, the rotational assignments in cross-functional roles are intended to accelerate the growth path of future leaders.
The assessment procedure for selecting Future Leaders Program candidates consists of:
- 1st Step: Psychometric Assessment
- 2nd Step: Group Discussion
- 3rd Step: Face to face round of interview [2 Rounds]
- 4th Step: Offer roll out & Acceptance
Our focus is on creating an Individual Development plan (IDP) to foster talent and empower people from diverse backgrounds. The personal mentoring from industry leaders and experts, during the program ensures that the eclectic mix of talent can be coached and guided to achieve greater goals.
In the opinion of our existing leaders, “The FLPs have infused a much-needed freshness and energy in our system. They have picked up the basics of life insurance very quickly and used the senior management access and opportunities well to drive and help deliver on some transformation initiatives. Some of the FLPs definitely have the potential to take on leadership roles in the coming years.”

- Lead and contribute to tech-enabled digital transformation projects
