What is Auto-debit and how can I register for it?

Auto-Debit is a mechanism to make premium payments on a recurring basis from any bank account or credit card issued by an Indian bank. This helps in timely and hassle-free premium payments enabled by a recurring mandate for debiting renewal premiums.

Customers can activate the auto-debit facility by sending a request to nri.helpdesk@maxlifeinsurance.com or online by visiting https://www.maxlifeinsurance.com/cs/auto-debit

When can a policy lapse?

As per the policy lock-in period, your policy will lapse if you fail to pay your renewal premiums. The lock-in period is the minimum premium payment duration under a policy.
