  • We introduced a ‘Woman of Substance’ award to recognize the outstanding efforts.
  • Ensuring the highest safety standards for our employees, we facilitated late-night commutes for women.

  • In 2019, we introduced paternity leave
  • We also witnessed a remarkable increase in women candidates being referred to the organisation
