Premium Payment Options

You can select any one of the following payment modes

Pay Online

You can pay premium in under 2 minutes.

Choose from credit cards (Master/Visa/Amex/Diners), EMI on card, Net Banking, debit cards (Visa/Master), wallets/cash cards, and UPI.

Do two small steps:

  • Select your preferred payment gateway
  • Fill in your information and make the payment

You can log in to your bank’s website and select NEFT/RTGS for making the payment.

You need the following details

Beneficiary credit account number 1165(followed by the policy number)

You can pay your policy premium from your international bank account or transfer money by visiting one of its branches. 

Steps to follow:

Online payment

  • Log on to your bank's internet banking website/app
  • Add payee in the forex payment section with the below details (one-time activity)
    • Beneficiary Name: Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
    • Beneficiary Account Number: 1165 <XXXXXXXXX> (1165 followed by 9-digit policy number)
    • Swift Code: HSBCINBB
  • Log on to your bank's internet banking website/app and make the premium payment before the due date

 

Bank Branch Payment

  • Walk into any of your bank’s branches for the forex payment/wire transfer
  • Fill out and submit documents as required by your bank with the below details
    • Beneficiary Name: Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
    • Beneficiary Account Number: 1165 <XXXXXXXXX> (1165 followed by 9-digit policy number)
    • Swift Code: HSBCINBB
  • Obtain remittance receipt/confirmation from your bank for future reference

You can pay premium online through Paytm 24*7.

Visit https://paytm.com/insurance-premium-payment/max-life-insurance and just add your Policy Number and Date of Birth to complete your payment. 

The payment can be made through Paytm Wallet, Visa, MasterCard credit card/debit card, UPI, and net banking.

Pay by Phone

You can make your premium payment by dialing into our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) 24*7 at 1860 120 5577.

You can also get the following information through IVR:

  • Due date
  • Payment status
  • Premium receipt
  • Local office addresses
  • NAV, etc.

To serve you better, our IVR supports various languages: English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Malayalam. 

Pay by Auto-Debit

The auto-debit feature allows you to give standing instructions to your credit card (VISA/MasterCard) for automatic payment of your premium before the due date.

Fill out the standing instruction form here, and send it to us along with a photocopy of the front side of your credit card.

You can send these documents to us by:

  • Visiting one of our branch offices
  • Handing it to your advisor appointed by Max Life Insurance
  • Mailing to the following address:
    • Mandate Desk, Max Life Insurance Company, Operations Center, 3rd Floor,  90 A Sector 18, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram-122015

You can opt for the ECS feature that automatically debits the premium amount from your bank on your chosen draw date.

Fill out the NACH/ECS/Direct Debit Mandate Instruction Form after verifying your bank details, and send it to us along with a cancelled cheque, at least 30 days before your next premium due date.

You can send these documents to us by:

  • Visiting one of our branch offices
  • Handing it to your advisor appointed by Max Life Insurance
  • Mailing to the following address:

If your specific bank branch does not fall under ECS-enabled locations approved by RBI then you can opt for our direct debit facility. 

We have partnered with many banks (see the list below) that allow the premium due amount to be directly debited from your bank account on the draw date chosen by you.

Fill out the ECS Mandate Form and send it to us along with a cancelled cheque, at least 30 days before your next premium due date.

Electronic Bill Payment Process (EBPP) is an automated facility that automatically debits your policy premium amount from your bank account on the due date.

Please mention your name, policy number, and contact details at the back of the cheque.
