Hence, Max Life has introduced 'Pragati - a Second Innings' program is to help women relaunch their careers after a break by bridging the learning gaps and harnessing their true potential.

How does the Second Innings Program Work?

. Here’s what the focus of the Second Innings program is:

- The Second Career program helps women get back in the game if they experience some learning gaps or struggle in rejoining corporate life.

- The program aims to recognise, nurture, and support women to realise their full potential post a hiatus.

- With the intention of making optimum use of talent & skills and creating a second career for women, Max Life is offering an array of employment opportunities to women. Job roles are open in departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance across all locations in India.

- The Second Career Program is open for women on a career break anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

- It is a 3-month guided on-boarding program that involves the active participation of mentors and coaches to provide mentorship and guidance to women.
